Therapist Recommendations

While psychiatric medication can be entirely effective in its own right in the treatment of mental health issues, I find it most often works best in conjunction with treatment from a competent, caring therapist. There are many wonderful, caring therapists in New York City. Just as there is no 'best' psychiatrist though, I find too that there is no 'best' therapist or 'best' type of therapy.

Here are some individual therapists and treatment groups with whom I have worked in the care of mutual patients, and in whose expertise and professionalism I trust.
